All of the activities and responsibilities for the project will be controlled and directed strictly in accordance with the contractual agreement.

                In order to ensure the completion of the project the work and resources are identified and phased into an overall project schedule. Milestones schedule techniques will be applied to the activity and program schedules in order to maintain a constant monitoring of the project. Program controlled project scheduling and evaluation techniques shall be employed with the use of the computer support service available in Third Gen.

                The quality of the project work can be measured in terms of the quality of the workmanship at the quality of the overall project execution.
